Elias Mason is a genre-melding neo-noir, monster thriller that takes place in the Mississippi Delta a little more than a decade into the future. Elias Mason follows the titular detective, whom the show is named after, as he works to solve the disappearance of his wife all the while being haunted by nightmares that fuel his addiction to stay awake. As his dreams merge into the reality of his latest case, Elias fights to keep his mind from unraveling. Is he losing his mind, or is there something more sinister at play? The hunt for answers quickly becomes much more than he bargained for - the further down the rabbit hole he goes, the more the lines between fact and fiction begin to blur as he finds out that reality isn’t as real as it seems. He must question everything.
